Perenna knew from the get-go how to keep her wealth growing when she decided to work for her father, Ji Haipeng, CEO and chairman of Logan Property Holdings. She initially joined the company and worked as a non-executive director which blossomed into her now owning an estimated 85% stake. In 2014 when she was just 24 years old, she earned the title of the youngest billionaire in the world. Thanks to the way the company was structured which saw her being the main shareholder.
