Although O-2Es hold the same positions as O-2s, they will earn a fractionally better salary. Prior to graduating to the O-2E level, servicepeople must have served as an enlisted member or a warrant officer for a minimum of four years. After they pass the checks, O-2Es will begin earing an annual salary of $64,782. If they continue down this path for 14 years, then their income will be boosted to an annual salary of $75,020.40 at maximum.
