The two sisters are heiresses to the Estée Lauder Cosmetics company fortune where Jane sits as the general manager and global president. However, she was not just given these positions because she is a member of the family but has had to make her way to where she is now. She joined the family business back in 1996 and was not promoted until around 2013. Interestingly, she has an approximated 20 million shares in the company.
