She now has a hold on the family fortune as the company, before it closed out in 2012, was estimated to have assets worth around $50-100 billion. She currently manages some non-profit organizations where they promote healthy living. With this motivation, she decided to start her own company where she sells eco-friendly healthy products. Aerin is the sister of Jane Lauder and is another heiress to the Estée Lauder fortune. She is the granddaughter of the company founder Estée Lauder and the eldest daughter of Ronald Lauder. Estée Lauder is the foundation behind the company and the initial maker of the beauty products.
Aerin is currently the image director of the company as she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. She has also been doing well for herself as she created a brand image of her own – a cosmetic, furniture, perfume, and fashion line.
