Sheryl currently works as the Chief Operating Officer for Facebook and aside from this role, she is the founder of a nonprofit organization, LeanIn.Org. In 2012, she was the first female elected to Facebook’s Board of Directors, a major milestone for her. In the same year, she was named among the most influential people in the world by Time 100. Before taking on the role at Facebook, she worked as the Vice President of Global Sales as well as in the Operation department at Google.

Caroline is the daughter of Stein Erik Hagen who founded discount supermarket Rimi some years ago. After years of operation and development, they merged with both Ahold and ICA Group. Erik later sold his shares in that company and used the funds to form Canica AS. Caroline joined the family business and now sits in the leadership position where she handles the investment aspects of the company. They have also ventured into consumer goods manufacturing and hardware as she is also the chairman of the business.
