Magdalena has a large share in EMS-Chemie, a Swiss polymer, and chemical manufacturing company. Magdalena took over the leadership of the company in 2004 after her father, Christoph Blocher accepted a seat on the Swiss Federal Council. Christoph sold his shares to his kids and in short order, Magdalena followed her father after she was elected to the Swiss Parliament. Before taking charge of EMS-Chemie, she worked at Johnson & Johnson and beverage maker Rivella.

Hind is the daughter of a Lebanese businessman, Rafik Hariri, who was the Prime Minister of Lebanon before he was tragically killed. Unlike many wealthy people, Hind prefers to stay out of the spotlight…no one knows if this choice is for personal reasons.
