Aerin is the sister of Jane Lauder and is another heiress to the Estée Lauder fortune. She is the granddaughter of the company founder Estée Lauder and the eldest daughter of Ronald Lauder. Estée Lauder is the foundation behind the company and the initial maker of the beauty products.
Aerin is currently the image director of the company as she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. She has also been doing well for herself as she created a brand image of her own – a cosmetic, furniture, perfume, and fashion line.
